Cancellation & Refund Policy

*Order Cancellation*
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
A full refund will be processed for cancellations made within this window.
Refunds will be credited within *5-7 business days*.
No cancellations are accepted after 3 hours, as the order may already be in process.

*Return & Exchange Policy*
We offer exchange only (no refunds after dispatch).
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchanged products will be delivered within *5-8 working days* after we receive the returned order.

*Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product*
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
A complete sealed parcel unboxing video is mandatory to claim for any damaged or wrong product.

*Return/Exchange Request Process*
Return or exchange requests must be made through:

Your account on our website (using the “Return/Exchange” option).
Email or WhatsApp communication with us.
We will arrange pickup from your doorstep (pickup charges apply) or you may send the product yourself to our address.

*Credit Note and Coupon Policy*
If you exchange for a higher value product, we will issue a coupon code for the value of your returned product.
Apply this coupon code during your next purchase and pay the balance amount.
If you exchange for a lower value product, you will receive a credit note for the balance amount.
Credit notes must be used within 3 months from the date of issue.

*Non-Exchangeable Items*
Customized or altered sarees are not eligible for exchange.
Sale or discounted products can only be exchanged if they are defective.

*International Orders*
No exchange or refund will be provided for international shipments.
If a damaged product is received, please contact us immediately with a sealed parcel unboxing video and photos for review.
