Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes for International Orders:
- No exchange or refund is provided for international orders.
- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with a sealed parcel unboxing video and photos for review.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or unforeseen courier issues.

Incorrect Address:
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
