4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless done within 2-3 hours of placing the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India and internationally.
  • Shipping timelines will be mentioned on the product page or checkout page.
  • Delays caused due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges only under the following conditions:
    • The item is defective/damaged or incorrect.
    • Request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at falgunofficial25@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
